In December of 2013 I hired someone to work in my attic and he found that I had water dripping through my roof. I checked it myself and my fingertips were wet. I had another roofer come and they poored some water on the roof, it went right through it into the attic. In January 2014 we called Kiger Roofing and they were not cooperative. We went through the complaint process with the BBB and an arbitrator also determined that he installed a poor roof on the house and he should pay us back. He is not longer a member in good standing with the BBB. He has not paid us back to this day. A leak came through our kitchen ceiling in January 2014 and we collected 2 cups of water from the leak but Kiger stated it was not their fault.
