JOHNS PLUMBING REPAIR CO

It took a while to get them out here, to get the job going. The guy that came out, I've dealt with before, is an excellent worker. He knows what he's doing and he knows how to fix it, and he does. He doesn't dally around, he will take care of you. He takes care of my 89 year old mother when she's needed him. Their prices are high. They have an absorbent fee they charge just to come to the house.

They show up on time and do a good job!

They do excellent work. We will continue to use them.

I definitely don't have any complaints about them. I think they've done excellent work. The people that put it in was very professional. The guy that sold us the water softener was very professional. There were no pressure.

I heard about them from other friends and they do great work.  I would rate them highly.

I was extremely disappointed with Johns Plumbing and I will never use them again. When they walk in the door, you owe them $80; it buys you nothing. Then they go to ''the book'' which tells them how much to charge for each type of work. Reminiscent of the old gas station standard charge books. The plumber tells me it will cost $150 plus the arrival fee. It took him approximately one hour. Had it not been a Friday afternoon and had I not been expecting company, I would have told him to take a hike. Outrageous.

Two men came to perform work. One relit water heater pilot. The other attempted to tighten a kitchen sink faucet; in the process he damaged the faucet and said he could not repair faucet and would have to replace it. We subsequently called PF Plumbing who sent a man out who repaired the faucet in short order and charged us less money than John's.

Johns Plumbing did a good job. The estimated price before hand was very close to the actual price. No surprises. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I would work with them again if needed.

This company came right out on the weekend. I called them and left a message and they called me right back. They knew how to fix the problem and I was not inconvenienced by the water being turned off. The gentlemen was courteous and professional.

Johns Plumbing is an excellent company. This company has done work for me in the past, and I have always been happy with them. They dispose of the old equipment whenever they come out. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

I felt the job should cost about $35.00 instead of $269.00. The representative on the phone was not very nice when they talked about the work to be performed. I would not recommend this company and I would never use them again.

I really do like this company. The guys that came out worked really hard. They are in their thirties, so they are a little more experienced. We know each other on a first name basis. They really know what they are doing.
