I wanted to donate an old laptop (1998 Dell) computer but I was experiencing difficulty in erasing my disk drive. Both the software and hardware had deteriorated to a point that made most any function on the computer difficult, at best. So I contacted John, discussed the issue and we agreed on a time for John to come to my house. John arrived at my house on time and brought his own erasing software. Much to my amazement, he was able to get the software to work successfully and the entire disk drive was erased in 2 hours or less. My overall experience with John was very positive. While we waited for the erasing software to work, John and I discussed a number of computer issues related to my current PC and he demonstrated a broad knowledge of all things computer related. Refreshingly, John communicates in normal, everyday language that most people can understand and he is not afraid to say ?I don?t know? when appropriate. His current rate ($35.00 an hour) is surprisingly low. If you are having computer issues of any kind, my experience indicates that John would be a good place to start.
