Joe's very fair, reasonable, and professional. He stands behind his work. We had one roofer come out three times and still couldn't fix the leak. Joe came out, spent five minutes on the roof, then said "here's your problem." He took care of the leak and said if it ever leaks, to call him, and he'll come back out to fix it - no charge. It hasn't leaked.

Joe did a great job. He was communicative before and after the appointment (ie made sure I knew when he was coming and what, if anything he needed from me). He did the work himself -- he didn't just come out, make a plan, then have someone I never met before come out and do the work. And he promised to come back out, without charging, to fix the leak if it remained. It didn't.

He was very professional and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up any mess and had it done on time.
