I've had problems from the start. Left by breezeway roof open and it poured rain. Soaked everything. Scraped some of my gutter hangers off and put them in the gutter assuming no one would ever know. Had a leak , called them and they did show up and fixed it. I now have two more leaks that I have been calling them for for a month now. Looks like some of the shingles are sliding out from the ones on top like they weren't nailed. I have some soft decking around one of the leaks so it's obviously been seeping water a long time. This has to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Definitely not what I expected when I originally met these guys. If you expect service after the sale I'd definitely stay away from these guys

It was excellent. They were very responsive, they did great work, very personable, answered all our questions, and the communication was great. They rush to give us the receipt and everything went well.

I interviewed 6 roofers and this company was the most professional, punctual, helpful, they provided good quote, they analyzed my needs, and they are a head on the schedule.

Needed some vinyl siding repair, window replacement, storm window repair and gutter repair/replacement work. He cancelled first appointment due to being sick. At the rescheduled appointment, did a quick walk-through, never took any notes on the various jobs at two homes. Said he would get back to me in a few days and never heard from him since.
