I've had problems from the start. Left by breezeway roof open and it poured rain. Soaked everything. Scraped some of my gutter hangers off and put them in the gutter assuming no one would ever know. Had a leak , called them and they did show up and fixed it. I now have two more leaks that I have been calling them for for a month now. Looks like some of the shingles are sliding out from the ones on top like they weren't nailed. I have some soft decking around one of the leaks so it's obviously been seeping water a long time. This has to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Definitely not what I expected when I originally met these guys. If you expect service after the sale I'd definitely stay away from these guys
