"Thank you so much for the review; we truly appreciate it and your business!"
I took my wife's Honda Pilot to the shop a week ago today and the tech writer took all of the particulars and informed me that he would contact State Farm the next day. He even said that sometime they let him handle the estimate. Today he denied ever saying any of that. Based on that denial I simply went to Ian's and collected the car and took it to another body shop. The State Farm Adjuster was doing the estimate when I arrived and said he had heard about the matter an hour before he went to the shop to do the estimate.
I spoke to Ian's on a number of occasions and asked the young lady that answers the phone to call State Farm too. Which she said she did but the SF office denied that she did. I followed up regularly.
I am fed up with the SF claims process and the total lack of interest by Ian's body shop in providing good customer service. No one takes initiative or is in any way proactive.
The whole "like a good neighbor is mere puffery and does bear any resemblance to how things work in the real world."
I'm sure Ian's does not care whatsoever that I removed my car and took it elsewhere to have the repairs done.

From the moment that we entered Ian's, we could feel their confidence. We never felt 'taken for a ride'. We felt like we could absolutely trust what they were saying and follow their recommendations with complete ease.
Both Shannon Wooten and Michael Thomas were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and 'completely in the moment' when dealing with each of our vehicles. We never felt like we did not have their complete attention with the issues at hand.
Our vehicles are painted and the work completed is exceptional! Great bang for the buck! The turn around time was so fast that I was actually surprised when my husband took me to pick mine up. Ready in less than a week and this included the Memorial Day weekend!
They are great! What more can I say? We look forward to referring them to others. We know that this will be a longterm relationship!
Thank you Ian's! Thank you Shannon and thank you Michael! You're the best! As strange as this my sound...we had fun! ;-)
Best regards from your new BFF's! LOL!
