+ -1 morePrompt and reasonable estimate for challenging project. Gave "real" references. Communicated well on the timing of deliveries and work, which was completed by the team in very hot weather this summer. Returned to go over the details prior to expecting payment, and came to fix an "issue" after the first heavy rainstorm.
