The whole process went really well. They arrived 5 min. early and began working immediately. They used drop cloths all over the house so that they didn't bring any dirt into the house. They left no mes behind. When they finished installing the new unit they walked me through how to maintain the new system, made sure everything was up to snuff. They made sure that I knew if there were any issues to call them immediately and they would be out to correct it. The have replaced 2 units for me and both times thing went well. Hopefully I won't have t see them for another 12-15 years. I highly recommend.

When I telephoned the company, there were polite and helpful. They were able to come out the next day or so ( I didn't need emergency services as I had let this continue for over a month already). The two gentlemen that came out were polite, friendly, (but as a single woman.. there were not TOO friendly! As I have had those kind of unpleasant experiences) and seemed trustworthy. They went into my crawlspace and surprisingly quickly diagnosed that the inside thermostat was incorrectly communicating with the furnace. They had a thermostat with them (and I had a choice on another also) and installed it on the spot. Obviously, they were correct because it solved my problem. Simple and effective from start to finish.

He was really nice. He offered a thorough explanation of what the problem was, how to prevent it and how to fix it. Our system is so old and it was nice to find a technician who is familiar with that equipment.

H H HOVEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE LEAK. I REALLY LIKE THEM AND I REALLY LIKE THEIR SERVICES. THE PEOPLE ARE ALSO REALLY NICE AND THEY ARE REALLY CHEAP FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. THEY ALSO WERE ON TIME.
