Furniture - Sales
The delivery was hours later than originally scheduled through no fault of the delivery people. Sometimes things just don't go well, and they had had two very difficult deliveries earlier in the day, making them late into the evening for mine. However, they kept in touch with me all day via their "Track the truck" online system, and later - when the second delay was incurred - by telephone. They get real kudos from me for working late into the evening to get my furniture to me before I left on a trip.
The console required a good bit of assembly, and the two men could not have been more careful and professional about it - tired and frustrated by their day as they must have been.
