+ -1 moreI initiated contact with this mortgage company by calling their local office. I was not able to speak to a live person and ended up leaving a detailed voice mail message. I did not receive a call back after 3 days. I sent an email and posed my questions and detailed my situation/needs in the email. I received a short and seemingly uninterested response to my email that basically told me not to contact them until the end of 2013. After reading that response, I decided I would not contact them again. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Description of Work: I tried to speak with someone at Granite Mortgage.
