Jackie was excellent. Our spring snapped and he was out at the house right when he said he would be. He recommended a 2 spring system, which I expected, so he took the broken one off and put 2 new ones on at a way lower price than I saw elsewhere. He was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend Garage Door Service Co, and will be giving Jackie a call if I ever need garage door work again.

It went very well and I am a hard person to please. I believe the guys name was either Larry or Jackie. After my phone call, he traveled 10 miles to my house the next day. He diagnosed the problem of rough/jumpy wheeling rolling quickly. He had the right tools and parts to quickly replace both ball bearings and wheels. He did not mind me looking over his shoulder so I could learn something. He was an interesting person to boot. I would highly recommend him. I found Garage Door Service Co through Angie's List and was glad I did. I was very happy with the price but felt bad afterwards for not tipping him.

They fixed it, and I haven't had any problems since. He came, he was prompted, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Identified the problem right away. I thought the price was reasonable. He came and he took care of it, that is what i need when I call somebody for service. Very professional.

Jackie arrived within a hour of our phone call. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. He finished the job promptly, and even threw in a few bolts for free. Very happy with his work. We thought we needed an entire new door. He could easily have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge. He was very honest, and only did the work that was necessary. Definitely recommend.

Our garage door opener was not working with the remotes or remote keypad. We had to replace the remotes (renters ran off with the originals) and we were only able to program one of them and it would only work if the light cover was off and if you were standing directly under the opener. We assumed that it was a problem with the receiver. I called in about noon and by 3pm that same day they had sent Ray out to look at it. He was punctual and professional but he did state that they didn't carry Genie and he seemed to have some issues figuring out my problem. He attached a small wire to the little nodule marked antenna and solved the main problem. I assisted in reprogramming the remote keypad but he was unable to figure out how to program the remaining remote but he did lube up the door before he left so the annoying squeak and whine are now gone as well. Overall it was a decent experience but I feel that the price was much higher than warranted by the work done.
 

CALLED COMPANY EARLY A.M.  THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY WITH PHONE CALLS AND SET A TENTATIVE LATE AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT.  REPAIRMEN CALLED LATER AND NOTIFIED US OF ARRIVAL TIME.  WORK WAS COMPLETED PROMPTLY AFTER ARRIVAL.  WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.

The service tech arrived, promptly diagnosed the problem...reattached the cable and was gone in less than 45 minutes.

Everything was excellent. These people are competent, and most importantly, honest.  I was impressed with this guy and certainly will call him again if I need help with any of my other houses. He made an assessment of the job, called me back explaining what needed to be done and the price, and then came with the contract. He refused to be paid until I knew that the job was excellently done.

The installers showed up on time. They did quality work in a timely manner. The company's rates were comparable to others within my area.

THEY CAME QUICKLY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS AND HAD THE NECESSARY PARTS TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. THEIR PRICES WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES THIS COMPANY PROVIDED.
