I called a week in advance. He came to my house and looked at the post and gave me an estimate.He called the day before to confirm.The manager and his helper came on time .They bought all the supplies with them.They took down the rotted post and replaced it with the new one. They painted the post the same color it was.They took everything away but left some nails on the ground.Overall a good job.
