FLOW HONDA

This happened to be the closest one for her. Your insurance company gives you a number of names that are authorized. So we took it them. They had it for I think it seemed like an inordinate length of time, maybe 3 weeks. When we got it back the repair job looked bad on both sides of the car. But I didn't see it for a few weeks until my daughter had come home and I looked at it and said it was really bad the next time I come up we're going to talk to them. I took it over and the service manager looked at it and said ok we'll fix it. We waited another two weeks before we got it back. It looked a little better but it still looked like a car that had been in an accident. I think they did a horrible job, in fact, we are working on it now with our insurance company. It's going to have to be redone. I wouldn't take another car there. The interactions were fine. They need to pay more attention to the work they're doing. Maybe their employees aren't trained well enough. The price was one of the reasons I brought it there instead of one of the places I have used in the past. The other place wanted to charge twice as much, but they were going to replace the doors and I thought well that seems unnecessary. I don't know why I was so concerned about price because insurance was going to pay for it anyway. And I should have taken it to somebody I knew did a good job. But for some reason I was price shopping which actually doesn't make sense. It was going to get paid for anyway. The damage on the car was my daughters fault so our insurance was going to go up anyway.

They are good people. They have always done work when I ask them and in cases where I did not ask them, they actually did some extra work and did not charge me. They have always made good on doing a good job.

We were new to the area and didn't know where to take our 2009 Honda in due to acceleration issues and a loud noise - assumed it would cost a fortune to fix because it sounded serious. Flow Honda found a loose rusty part and replaced it and only charged us $50. What a relief to find an honest and fair repair shop! Would definitely use them again.

Can't say anything but good things about all of my dealings with Flow dealerships. This was no exception. The paint and bodywork was excellent, however, like everyone seems to do, they left a few items undone. When I picked-up the car, the left front headlight wasn't working, so I had to return to get that fixed. Also, since it was mid-November, I didn't notice the AC wasn't working until the next spring. Ended up adding refrigerant myself and it's been fine since. Guess they forgot to fully charge it after replacing the condenser. Overall, they did an excellent job on the paint and body, so well, I may get them to repaint my 84 Mustang some day.

If you need a repair done to a Honda, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always fast and prices are fair. They are extremely courteous and professional, everything is done right the first time. Can't beat the knowledge and expertise you'll find here.

Their service is excellent. They were very delayed for our appointment and so they did the oil change at no charge. Their prices are competitive for the area. You can make appointments or come in and wait and we've never had any problems getting in, and they're usually on time. We've been customers since 2004 when we bought three vehicles from them and we've never had any complaints about them. The salesman was not pushy, but very helpful. Everyone is friendly and we were so impressed we asked if we could see the service manager because the department finishes on time and are hardly ever late, they do a good job, and the person who waits on you is friendly and informed, so he was appreciative of the compliments. They have a well-deserved, good reputation.

I only had to wait 30 minutes for the oil change-- and this was without an appointment. Usually they are very prompt I have found.

Flow Honda was awesome. Despite being 200,000 miles over the warranty for the transmission Honda paid for everything. The people were so nice. The service manager was awesome and very nice. He never lost patience with me. If the same thing happened to me again, I would definitely use Flow Honda in the future.

Diagnostics were run and service was provided. Estimates given prior to service were accurate and beat the estimates I was given a two other local repair places.
I have more work to be completed on my vehicle and I'll finish it with Flow.

Excellent always

6 months ago we had a significant problem, they backed a car into a door. Without arm twisting they made it perfect. Their service is great. They back up what they say. Warranty work, normal maintenance work, they take care of it. (Price shows 20k service)

Their prices are a little more than your average mechanic. It's not much though and reasonable. You can usually get an appointment the same day you call. The car is ready when they say it is going to be. The room where you drive your car in is very clean. They are always very quick. There is no waiting to check in. They are always very clear about what they are going to do and what it is going to cost.

They weren't excellent but they were good. We have to take the car back because everything wasn't done correctly the first time They are very responsive.

Our car sat in the dealership for over 3 months. We had to get a certified letter to get someone from the Buick Company to come down and fix our car. Once the car was fixed the people were great.
