Overall it went very well. They put the fences up quickly but they do not follow up with you. The boards are starting to warp. One gate that was built was not level. I called to tell them about this and they did fix my primary gate, but the other gate was never fixed. I would of appreciated a follow up. As you make your contract with the company, attempt to get some sort expectation to ensure the product will hold up for so many years and is made in good working order.

They were very professional. We had some issues with the lot lines and they resolved themselves and kept me informed of the property lines and were extremely careful. I would recommend them and have to my neighbors.

Pretty good, near best, but not quite.

The sales and installation experience were great. Very nice gate. Gate came with one year warranty. Gate stopped working 6-8 months after installed so I called and was told the transformer could be bad. I drove to office and took transformer to exchange for new one. The service manager who's name I believe was David, was very rude. He explained that he could not just give out parts because the problem was most likely lightning damage that was not covered under warranty. I offered to pay him the $35.00 for the part but he told me to take it this time. This did not correct problem so I called David back and he sent service man to repair gate.
He replaced circuit board to correct problem. I was billed $500.00 with notation, repairs due to lightning damage and/or power surge.
There had not been any storms during this time and there was no evidence of storm or electrical damage. I have had gate repaired since by another company whoand quot;s service manager was very polite and easy to work with.

I like everything. They were very efficient, friendly and professional.

It was the best wood fence I have seen or owned and they did a great job and the quality of the material was excellent. The fence was incredibly even. I received many of compliments from neighbors who have seen the fence. They braced the gates with metal frames which was a nice touch. I was impressed that they have been in business since 1955. Great company!

From estimate to finish, the fence was built on time and in budget. It took two days to build the fence and only a week and a half wait from the time I received the estimate and placed the deposit. Fence Builders used two very knowledgeable and skilled workers to build the fence and on the second day, they brought five more people to knock te majority of it out on day two with seven total workers. I was thorougly impressed from start to finish with the speed, attention to detail and the work ethic of the workers. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

THEY WERE JUST FINE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FENCE THEY BUILT FOR ME. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND THEY DID IT RIGHT. THEY WORKED HARD AND FAST AND GOT IT DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION.

THE WORKERS DID A GOOD JOB OF GETTING THE FENCE BUILT QUICKLY. WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE WHO WORKED HARD AND WERE ALWAYS ON TIME.
