Felts, Dr. Steve G.

Dr. Steve G. Felts is very personable, he has great bedside manner. It was easy to get an appointment there. They have all of my family members, they do my kids. They are all nice. There is a great hygienist and they are all very friendly.

I called to make a routine cleaning appointment; the receptionist was friendly and efficient.  Sent me all the usual paperwork for starting with a new dentist so I could bring in completed information.  Even though I was not yet a patient, I was told they would work me in if I had a problem prior to my first cleaning.  And they got me in for that quickly as well.
Probably the best cleaning experience and dentist review I have ever had.  Dr. Broughton took time to look at all of my teeth and check them out, commenting where I might need crowns down the line, and 'filed' down a rough spot on a crown she did not install.
As for the cleaning - gentle and thorough.
All in all, a great experience - I can't say enough good things!

This practice is the most convenient of any to Baptist Medical Center so I started going there. The administrative staff are very friendly, but the quality of services seems to have gone downhill recently.
The first couple times service was average, which was tolerable given my limited availability. However, as time went on it seemed that the quality of service diminished for my family and me. From extremely short cleanings to recommending work that other dentists determined didn't need to be done to seeing a substitute dentist each time we visited and even getting a crown that never seemed to fit right. I knew that I would soon be leaving so rather than finding a new dentist I just decided to put off routine care until I had moved. A little disappointing.

I have only seen him one time. He is okay. I would see him again.

He is a great dentist.

He's very personable. He just has a good personality and he makes you feel really comfortable. The office is very nice. I like him better than I like the dental hygienist, but they're not bad.
