The worker, the young man is great. He tried to cover everything. That was the better carpet company that I have hired. When I did the carpet cleaning. I did the wrinkle look. They said to take the wrinkle out. They couldn't do it. They can't do nothing about the pet urine stains. They got some out. We have two little dogs. They are very bad. We have a doggy door, and they can go outdoors. They still do it in the house. The carpet can't stretch out, and the stains did not come out. Some came out. The area under the desk.
