It felt like buying a used car. The salespeople were not very upfront about all of the details. It felt like you were not getting the best advice but were getting sold to.

I had 2 front tires put on at another location and wanted to get the two back tires put on. Discount Tire matched the quote that I had from the other location, no questions asked, no hassle. They took their time explaining what needed to be done and there was no pressure for additional service. The service was completely in a timely manner, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was pleased with the work and the price. I have been here before to have a flat fixed as well, which they do for free. Great guys.

They are extremely professional, responsive and have great attitudes. They are quick and it took them about an hour. I would recommend them to others. It is easy to schedule an appointment with them.

A nail got into one of our back tires and the tire could not be fixed, forcing us to ride on our donut tire for a couple days before we could research the best tires to get, considering we were due for all the tires to be replaced anyways. The original place we tried to get our tire fixed, tried to sell us new tires for about $1300 which included a warranty and lifetime rotation. This seemed too expensive to us, so we researched online at discounts website and walked in and got our tires. Unfortunately, I believe everyone else needed tires as well. Our wait was about 2 and a half to three hours. Overall though we got good quality tires at a good price and it included lifetime balancing and 4 free certificates for new tires if something should happen to our tires. Very satisfied!

On Monday, 12/19 I discovered we had a flat tire on a new set of tires we had purchased. I went to Discount Tire to have them inspect the tire. I had purchased a road hazard warranty. I expected to get the runaround but instead they replaced the tire, "no questions asked" and the only charge was $14.00 for a new road hazard warranty. On Wednesday one of the wheel covers fell off and on Thursday, another. Discount Tire assumed liability and ordered 4 new wheel covers, no charge! We had offered to split the cost of one wheel cover but they said they would get 4. I have never dealt with a company that not only lived up to their warranty, but went far beyond their liability. I not only recommend this company but endorse it to anyone needing tires.
