The provider (Rob) had a very sour attitude from the beginning. His helper didn't know how to trim shrubbery. Before we could see the results of the raking and smoothing, they covered everything with hay and pine needles. They left many large holes. The worst is large pile of debris on the neighbor's property and in our driveway.
