+ -1 moreMr. Gilstrap's report was extremely thourough and very professional. He divided his remarks into those repairs which the seller is bound to fix under the NC Real Estate contract, and those that merely represent desirable improvements. He uncovered a serious problem with the sump pump that indicated that the crawl space was repeatedely exposed to water damage as a result of this malfunction. I had the house inspected by Mr. Woodmansee for reassurance and he completely ovelooked this problem! I'm very pleased with his services and most certainly would use him again should I find another house.
