unit. The company ARS came and inspected unit, said heat exchanger was
cracked and gave a quote on repair. They turned unit back on and left. A day or so
later we called Brady Flannery. Came out inspected & quoted price and left. Later
that night we realized that we had no heat. It was below freezing. Called Brady Flanary
back and ask why we had no heat. Was told that it had to be turned off by law as it
was dangerous. My question was why we were not told so we could have prepared?
Had to run out and find space heaters. The next day we called D&S and explained
our problem. The company sent a guy out to check the unit. He called back to his
office to put an order in for the part and it was repaired the next day. Friendly,
Honest service and fast repair. I can't say enough about this company. I would
recommend this company highly. They say the third time is a charm. In this
case the third company was the charm and should have been the First we called.
We joined Angies list because of this experience.
D&S Heating is the best. Just because a company has big commercials, doesnt
make it the best. We found our future service company for heating& AC.
D&S... The only way to go.
