 + -1 moreCompany demands purchase money up front for their software. Company then issues contract that buyer is totally responsible for installation of their software. However upon buying software, Company never provides buyer with software for buyer's installation. Company then insists that only they the company can install their software and only via internet. Company then "allegedly" attempts to install software to buyer's computer (but only during off-hours when no one is present). Company never provides details of installation, email, proof of installation nor will company provide buyer the actual software on CD Rom or by download. Company then claims their installation of their own software "failed". Company then claim it is buyer's fault that Company's installation of Comapnay's own software failed. Company then disappears with buyer's purchase money and with software. No refund is given. No software is provided. Upon contact Company is adamant that no refunds or software will be provided to buyers of their software product.
Description of Work: Company advertises and markets law firm calendar docketing software. Company demands up front purchase of their software. Company then fails/refuses to provided purchased software to buyer.
