They gave me an excellent price and great service.

Friendly, responsive, prompt service. We had gotten a quote from Lowe's for the same job. Price was similar, but we have an older (pre- 1965) home, and Lowe's raised questions about the possibility of asbestos mitigation if tiles were found under den area. The Lowe's contract process was a nightmare. We gave up, and went to Color Carpet, our neighborhood business. We thought they would be more expensive, but that was not the case. Did a very nice job -- and you are buying the goods and services from the same folks who are responsible for installation. Definitely recommend.

My call to Color Carpets was answered on the first ring. The young man on the phone was very courteous when I asked him about carpet for my stairs he and suggested I come in the store to look at the different types of carpet options.

I stopped by the store a few hours later and was greeted by the owner, a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He gave me a lot of information about the different carpet choices available. I was also given a chance to look at all of the remnants available. Color Carpets offered to come to my home to measure almost immediately once I mentioned my schedule was flexible.

Once they confirmed that the high quality remnant I had chosen would fit the space, they set up for installation just 2 business days later.

The installers were prompt and professional. The installed carpet was beautiful. My only complaint was that when the installers removed then replaced my wrought iron stair railing, they scratched off some of its paint in the process.

Ordering and installation was seamless (no pun intended. Installers were flexible around my schedule, and good workers. They arrived exactly as scheduled and did nice job with cleanup. I may have paid more than if I'd purchased from a "big box" but the personal interest from the store owner in the job completion to my satisfaction was worth it. I will call again for more in future.

THEY INSTALLED QUALITY CARPETS IN MY HOME. THEIR WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SURE TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CUT STRAIGHT AND THAT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO BUBBLES IN THE CARPET.
