I cannot say enough good things about our agent, Carolyn Hodge. I had
never used a buyers agent, but I'm so glad that Carolyn was recommended
to us. She was so helpful. We lived out-of-state, and Carolyn was
always VERY responsive to my calls and e-mails. She would go look at
properties and let us know if they were worth taking the time for us to
make the drive to NC to visit. She was very helpful in keeping us
focused, and was very realistic. She was NEVER pushy. I honestly
believe she treated my wife and me as if we were her children. She was
brutally honest and NEVER asked us to go beyond our budget. She was
tireless in searching for the perfect home for us. We looked at dozens
of properties, and finally found the perfect home! She was with us
through every step of the process, and even followed up with us after
the closing to see how we were doing. Although I believe we've found
our and quot;forever homeand quot; I would not hesitate to contact Carolyn should we
ever be in the market for another house.
