I have mixed feelings on them. There are advantages. Namely, when it is necessary to change the date or time, they are very amenable to changes. They are very flexible. They do send teams that pretty much get a lot of dirt out of our house, but they don't move anything. They won't scrub floors. They will go over floors with a mop. There are things that they do not do. I think it depends on the team. Right now, I have a team that's coming that I really like. It could change again. Sometimes, in the past, the team didn't do that great a job and I didn't feel that it was getting cleaned very well. I have to go in and super clean every once in a while or it gets really cruddy behind things. It's mixed. The price hasn't changed for years. I have a feeling that he's giving us a break on the cost. We don't have kids living at home anymore, so it's probably easier to clean this house than some others. I think I am getting a good deal on that. Right now, there's a really good team that's coming, but those teams change. The responsiveness is fine. They are reachable and there is a fellow that is in the office all the time. They come when they say they are going to come. The professionalism is fine.

Two girls were sent. They took much longer than they should for the amount of cleaning that was done. The house was not real dirty. I mostly wanted them to clean in places that I could not reach good. I was charged $300. but was quoted $200. I felt ripped off! I will never use them again.

ladies' pay, and I know that they did not mean to lose the earring - they probably didn't see it when they moved things on my shelf.

We contracted with Cloverfields to do a deep cleaning of our 1200 square foot home. I discussed options with someone on the phone a few days before the service was needed. I was given an estimate of the charges and time involved based on the option chosen (deep cleaning) and rooms, windows, etc. involved. On the day agreed on two people arrived early in the half hour estimated arrival time. I briefly met the two people and after clarifying the job to be done, introduced my mother-in-law who would be staying at the house and left. When I returned home hours later the job was complete and my mother-in-law was happy with the work completed.I was pleased with the work in general. Everything looked clean and passed the walk-around inspection. My only issue is with the "deep cleaning" term. While passing the visual inspection the "white glove" inspection wouldn't have faired as well. The top of the refrigerator and shower door hadn't been touched. Some window sills had been wiped, at least one had not. The glass pane in the front door was not cleaned on the inside - a trail was left in dust when drawn across it. Easy to see with the sun shining through. On the other hand, they cleaned cluttered areas I wouldn't have expected them to. Three hours isn't much time for two people to do a deep cleaning on a three bedroom two full bath home - so the results aren't surprising. Perhaps Cloverfields needs to call the option something else.

A team of two ladies came out to my home to perform a somewhat of a deep clean.  They were here for approximately 4-5 hours and when they left there were areas that they had not touched.  The floor was not cleaned - they simply ran a wet mop over the cherry hardwood floors and there were streaks left when it dried.

I phoned the office a few days later to report my concerns and he simply told me had not received any complaints on these ladies and that he apologized.  NO offer to come back or discount on future services.  My weekly housekeeper had been ill is why I sought out a cleaning service and when she would clean it would take her 4 hours and it only cost me $120 each week.

Very disappointed in Cloverfields.

I have mixed feelings about the company.  I know why they do it.  They don't clean some things that really I would need to have cleaned.  The kitchen floor is never really very clean.  They don't clean windows.  They say that they can't have the women who do the work on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors and they won't let them do that.  I don't know why they don't clean windows outside, but it maybe because of the worry about being sued.  They don't do some things.  I can imagine that if I weren't strong enough to do them myself every once in a while, I would be in a bad way.  They don't provide enough services.  The work varies.  I think this is probably true of all cleaning services.  They don't do a thorough job.  If you just rely on them after a while you realize that parts of your house are really very dirty like the parts that are behind things.  They do get rid of a lot of dirt when they come.  They don't do thorough cleaning.  They do get-the-worst kind of cleaning.  They do that just fine.  Except for the one time when the owner got a little mixed up and sent the team to the wrong house, they are very reliable.  There are different people coming and some of them are better than others.  They sometimes know a lot of practical things about cleaning and taking care of a house.  It is just that they don't seem to be able to handle some things.  They don't claim they are going to do these things.  I think their price is pretty good.  They have not changed their price in a long time.  The quality is varied.  When we are going on vacations, they are willing to change the date when they come in a very very cooperative manner.  The women who come are right on the job.  Unfortunately, there is no way to tell that it's not the people that come to the house.  It's what they are supposed to do by the definition of what their job is from the company.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. THEY MOVE THE FURNITURE AND DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPETS. I AM PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE CARPET LOOKS WHEN DONE.
