I just wanted to share a very positive recent experience with Mr. Russell Burris of Burris Roofing. I recently discovered a hole in my roof above my attic, and with heavy rains coming, I needed a quick repair. I contacted several roofers in the area, but Russell responded within minutes, and was able to come straight out and make the repairs for me. His service fee was more than fair, and I really appreciated his quick and professional response. He also gave me a much needed evaluation of the quality and state of my roof. Thank you again, Russell.

Russell was slammed with work before Florence hit, he didn't know us from Adam, but he worked us into his schedule when I explained to him how the hole in the soffit/roof caused water to leak in through our bedroom window during a hard rain (we just bought the house, and haven't yet had time to get the entire roof replaced). He did the patching, charged me a fair rate and the roof didn't leak at all during the storm! I highly recommend Burris Roofing.

It went fine in both instances. He is extremely responsive, competent, and involved directly in the job. We will be using him for a completely new roof in the not too distant future as the need arises.

Excellent job, cleaned up all debris

Patched hole in garage roof. Came right over. Were willing to use leftover shingles I had. Very professional.

We recently had a heavy storm, and we did not have any leaks, we are very pleased them.

The work appeared to be satisfactory at first but as small problems came up later they never returned my phone calls. Because of this, I would say the work was very unsatisfactory. I expect to be able to follow up with the contractor after the initial work is done.
