I had a good experience with them. They had to redo one of the blinds. They took care of it. They ordered a new one and came back. The company did good it was just more of a delay because they had to redo one of them. Overall we were very pleased with the service.

I hired them to install blinds in our home and to tint one of the larger windows. The tint never came back after almost a year of waiting. I would hire them again only because I would like to keep the same design throughout but would require a commitment to schedule. Very nice man.

They were extremely efficient. Came in cleaned the windows they were installing blinds on cleaned up after they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone. Very Professional

The only drawback was that the blind I ordered was on backorder and it ended up taking a month longer for it to arrive than I was hoping (but not due to any fault from Budget Blinds). When it did arrive, Bill even came over on his day off to install it on a day that was convenient for me.

Overall great experience, would use again. Showed up a bit late but very polite and professional. Price was fair, gave us discount even though we couldn't find the coupon we had seen (they are sometimes in the paper). Work done was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend and use again.

Owner of franchise was prompt in calling me back after my inquiry and setting up an appointment. He arrived on time and took off his shoes after entering my living room even though I didn't ask and he didn't have to. He took measurements of my windows and answered my questions without hesitation. While he didn't have the shade book with him (he had lent it to another customer for review) he made arrangements for me to get the book so that I could show it to my interior decorator to match the color of the double-cell cordless cellular shades with my bedroom valances. The estimate was then promptly emailed to me. The blinds/shades were ordered and received in a short amount of time. The scheduler was very nice about setting up an installaton time and even gave me a description of the installer so that I would know who to expect. The installer was on time and very promptly put up the four window treatments. It didn't take very long which I was grateful for because I had to get to work. I would recommend this franchise.
