They are unequal in their service and treatment. They even did a second spray on weeds that were resistant to the treatment at no additional charge.

They maintain our yard on a bi weekly schedule.  They don't miss their scheduled day.  Mindfull of the condition of the grass it's never too short.  I'd recommend their service.

The service was phenominal. So far it looks really well.

We've been using them for around 17 years.  They come every two weeks.  They always show up and are prompt, and the work is neat.  The billing process is good.  We get billed once a month and were never hassled when we forgot a payment.  The price for service increases in the fall.

Unprofessional, quality not as expected

I had a good experience. It was good. They were professional. I would recommend them to use their service. The price was good.

I was very impressed when Bryan came out to my property and after walking the property and discussing what I wanted to accomplish, he gave me a quote on the spot! No waiting days to know what it might cost! I let him know I was waiting on one final company to quote the job and once that was received that I would be back in touch with him. Unfortunately, the other provider took almost a week before he came out and then took another five days before he emailed me a quote. This slowed down the process and when I contacted Bryan to let him know I was awarding him the job, he came out and walked my property with me again before establishing the date that the work would begin.  When I told him I had purchased 5 bushes that I wanted to plant outside of my privacy fence, he quickly quoted me the cost to plant and mulch around those as well.
Bryan is a very courteous and professional service provider! I will be posting photos of some of the work he did. I still need to price, purchase, and install stone edging around the mulched areas but I think you will be able to imagine how beautiful it will be when I complete the project.
I am extremely pleased with the work he did and am using him to mow and maintain my lawn. I will use his service for all my future landscaping needs and feel confident he would do an equally good job on anything he does for me!

Their pricing is not very expensive. I think that they have a prompt service and they are very responsive.

I was amazed  at how well it went, I had gotten other estimates prior...and was not very impressed with the knowledge level.
Bryan not only helped with the issues needed but also offered advice on other issues I was having with tress and shrubs.  He was professional and genuinely honest. I found his knowledge level impressive and willingness to share his information a refreshing change. I agreeed to services at the same meeting - I didn't have to think twice. I have had one lawn treatment so far, will update how it goes after the 2nd one next week.  My grass already looks greener !

I've used Bryan's Lawn Care of WS for mowing, fertilizing and leaf blowing for almost a year now.  I am satisfied. 
Bryan's is pricier than the other lawn care services that I have used, however, the quality of service is higher. The last service was $115 for fertilizer application.  The price is based on the size of my lawn.  I am willing to pay this price because my lawn looks better than it did before I hired them.
 
I always notice whenever the lawn has been serviced because the team has consistently mowed, edged and blown the debris each time. 
Additionally, they don't mow when there is nothing to mow.  This is significant for me because I had another service that ran the lawn mowers over my grass during a drought when there wasn't any grass to cut and then charged me for services.  I appreciate that Bryan's only charges for necessary work that they do. 
Based on the consistent quality of work, I recommend this lawn care service company.

They did a great job. Price is very reasonable. Have used them three weeks now and will continue.

They do the work for me weekly. Bryan charges me $38 per visit but he bills monthly. They really do a good job. They once accidentally broke a window when something flew out of the mower but they immediately worked it out with me. Over the last few years, I felt good about them. It is hard to find somebody that is good and reasonable.

Quick response when I called for a quote.  Has always been reliable and shows up every week.  I am not in town much but I had a small mostly clover but hilly lawn I wanted maintained.  Bryan said my lawn would have more grass if I did a weed treatment which I agreed to, I found out my lawn was being cut too short so he allowed my lawn to grown unti it was at the length it should be.  My lawn looks better than it has in 12 years.

Did a good job on his first mow. Established a two week mowing schedule and never returned, nor did he call. When I called him back he just said I can't do that anymore. Unsatisfactory.
