Bo-Ty Florist, Inc.

I ordered flowers through Bo-Ty's website on Feb 13th, using my credit card. At 9:19am on Valentine's day, Bo-Ty called and left a voicemail message saying that they were out of the arrangement I had ordered, and were going to substitute a different arrangement. Then at 9:49am they sent me an email saying "Hi there. We are sold out . I called you and left a message and we cannot take any deliveries today." Which was untrue - they did NOT call to tell me about the cancellation by phone. I did not have access to my email until later in the day, so by the time I found out they had blown me off it was of course too late for me to make other arrangements. I called today and asked the speak to the owner, who the staffer answering acknowledged was present in the store, and after being put on hold for several minutes the same lady picked up and although she obviously could not come out and say so, it became clear that the owner was declining to take my call. She took my number and assured me that he would call me back, but of course he did not. Utterly unprofessional. At least they cancelled the credit card payment - the charge does not now appear on my CC account.
