BlasTILE

There were 2 people that I ended up working with.  The man who did the tile was Glenn Garcia and there was a designer who did the contracting.  I really liked the way it all came out.  It took a long time.  I spent a lot.  The job went fine.  It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted and Glenn Garcia was just really helpful in suggesting how we could save some of the tile in the bathroom.  I originally thought I wanted to chip out everything. He told me that some of the tile was really good and he could refinish it and reglaze it and it would be fine which meant less money for him.  I thought I could arrange for everything, but I couldn't seem to get any good estimates from some of the places and I really didn't know enough to do it.  He suggested his friend, a designer contractor kind of person who does smaller jobs.  He really helped choose things because by the time they got around to actually doing the work, the tile I had originally picked out was no longer available.  He picked out stuff that I think I liked better than I would have liked what I did.  He did a lot of choosing and advising on colors and materials.  It was a very good experience.  I don't know how I would grade them on price.

Glen Garcia is the owner and installer. He was very responsive. He required a deposit to book a time of installation. This was deducted from the overall cost. My husband and I were reluctant to do so, but did it. He came in a timely manner to complete the job and I was very happy with his talents. He was recommended by the tile store.
