Wonderful experience with American Moving & Hauling! Customer service was exemplary, the 3-man crew were all polite, professional & accommodating. They moved some large items from a home to a storage unit and carefully packed the items in the storage unit to make the most of our space. Cost was very competitive and final bill transparent. No hidden fees or unexpected add-ons. Will use again and recommend to others! Thank y'all!

I have used American Moving before and they did such a great job I referred them to my mom who was very satisfied. This time they did not disappoint. They powered through my 3rd floor move like troopers. My sister will be using them for her upcoming move. I will keep referring them. Great job!!

American Moving recently completed a move for me and I am impressed with the level of support and professionalism that was provided. I filled out series of questions about my house and the items I need to move and was contacted quickly with a quote. Leading up to the move, I was sent information and reminders and they ensured everything was ready. The men who helped with the move were diligent and quick. They took care of my furniture better than any other moving company I've worked with. During the move, they ensured that they had every item was put in its proper place and that I was happy with how everything is in my new house. I will be recommending American Moving to my friends. This is the company you want to hire for you move.

They showed up on time and moved everything with care. They even moved our golf cart. They were all so nice and respectful. They helped make the move less stressful. Highly recommend!

The team showed up on time and made our move an amazing experience. The whole team were friendly the entire day and made the move much better. The move went quickly and all our possessions made it safely to the new house. Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic job! Every bit as good as advertised. I've moved (unfortunately) several times in the past few years and wish I'd hired these guys before. From the packing ahead of time to the actual move - this team is by far the best! Monty, Eddie and Chandler deserve nothing but top-notch marks. The guys were professional, polite and busted their butts! We can't say good enough things about them and Amy and Jacquelyn were excellent to deal with. I'd recommend them 100x over!

They were amazing: fast, friendly, professional, and responsive. They came with a plan and knocked out the move, including breaking down and reassembling our beds. It ended up taking less time than quoted saving us even more. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Trey, Trevor and Raheem were all very friendly, professional and took great care with our belongings. The move was not stressful and time was used efficiently. I recently used American Moving and Hauling for a local move and I can say enough good things about them. From the moment the move was scheduled to completed, they are thorough with everything. I was provided moving instructions, suggestions, confirmations and anything else needed. The day of the move, Damond and his team arrived on time. Very professional and helpful. They did a fantastic job. I could not be more happy with the service provided to me. I hope I don't move again, but if I do, this is the Company for me! I would highly recommend them. They go the extra mile and help with every aspect of the move.

The men arrived early for the scheduled time and were both courteous and efficient. They were very careful securing my furniture. The move was quick and easy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend American Moving and would definitely use them again.

We were supposed to "have frigs moved" between 11:30 am and 1 pm. I had to follow-up on the day of the move at 1 pm, to find out why no one had showed up, After 2 delays, the movers started the 1st frig move at 2:30 pm. We wanted to be able to *plan* our day - that was out. Also, I really think the nice, professional and kindly moving guys - should have used an appliance dolly with strap (instead of an ordinary dolly!); much less risk of banging up the refrigerator itself and the walls. We did get some wall-corner damage on one entrance to our kitchen. Nice folks, nice moving guys, they did the job. Not sure they are used to moving appliances about, as in our case.

We did estimate arrival time between 11:30-1, but that we would call you when they were actually on the way. Unfortunately, our time estimate was about 30 minutes off as the job booked before you ended up being much more than anticipated. Also, we used a regular handtruck on your fridge because the way an appliance dolly is made, the lip could have easily scratched your hardwood floors. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve. I was buying and selling a house, all during Hurricane Florence, so my closing date changed, as did the time of day I was moving. This company accommodated all those changes, AND kept all my worldly possessions dry, while being professional and cheerful. The movers showed up on time, and other than a brief, scary moment when we couldn't get my bookshelves apart and they threatened to leave them behind, they were fantastic.

Shaun and team (Micah and not sure the other gentleman’s name) did an excellent job. They were very conscientious in wrapping, moving and loading the furniture. It was a very hot day and they worked exceptionally hard to keep things going. They were all very personable and friendly and took the time to know us. It was a long day but in the end, I had my items in my new home placed where I wanted them with no complaints about the move. I also appreciated the flexibility of the office staff in working with me when I had to change my original move date. I definitely would use them again but personally, I hope I never need to. Moving is hard work for everyone. Thanks again.

I was rather disappointed with how this move went. The movers broke a standing lamp of ours. What bothered me the most was they knew they broke it and did not say anything. I heard the crash from outside and watched from the doorway as they looked at the broken lamp in the driveway. They then brought the lamp into the house in two separate pieces and did not say a word. Additionally they broke a handful of glasses because they sat a box down on the floor to roughly when it was clearly marked fragile. They did not have tools with them and had to borrow a hammer and a screwdriver from me during the move. They removed one of the feet from a loveseat to get it out of the door and then forgot to bring the piece with them to reassemble it at the new home. They had trouble getting my desk into the office at my new home because of the tight fit and wanted to take the door off. When they realized they did not have any tools and that my hammer was at my old house they forced it through the doorway leaving scuff marks on the door. It was obvious these were not professionally trained movers and they did not come prepared. I will not recommend this company in the future.

Its unfortunate that the steps you took to discredit us, rather calling to reach a resolution, do not serve either party."

Awesome! Quote was reasonable and hourly which was different and nice. They were respectful, thorough and wonderful to work with! The team that packed was awesome and the movers were incredible. I was so impressed with their patients and care in packing, wrapping and moving. Simply the best!

Great! We were having several items moved around in our home and guest house. The guys were truly as friendly as one could hope for. They worked extremely hard and never complained once. In the past, I've worked with movers who have been irritated or complained to one another. Not these guys!! I'd happily call them again. Highly recommend!! Extremely fair prices, too.

broke glass on one piece of furnature. replaced it but used another style of glass. truck not clean on the inside. this resulted in getting black dirt on some furniture which i am still trying to get out.
