 + -1 moreIt went really well. They were great. It was for my rental property. They were handling it while it was empty. They responded really quickly. They were easy to work with. I don't go there all the time. They were willing to work with me. They sent me the invoice and they were really helpful.
Description of Work: I used American Lawn Maintenance LLC for lawn and yard work. They did the cut and trim.

 + 0 moreWe had never used American Lawn Maint. before. We found this company on Angie's List. I called him and he told me when they would come to do the work, and they were very prompt and professional. Before beginning, I mentioned some brown patches that we were concerned about & he said he would look at them. He not only aerated the whole yard numerous times but every which way! And after seeding, he dug the dirt in some areas and placed a great amount of seed there by hand. Just as he was about to leave, we asked about our small magnolia tree. He went in back & told us what to do about that. He also had pulled up some weeds, etc. We didn't think that all of that was included in the price! The price was very reasonable too. Mr. Mickey went above & beyond what was expected. We are very pleased with his work and his caring. We'll definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They came to aerate, plug, seed, & fertilize our yard. We also asked about some brown patches in our yard and asked questions about our magnolia tree. Mr. Mickey took extra time and effort to eradicate our brown patches in our yard. He was very helpful with the work performed and with answering all of our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

 + 1 moreHave used Charlie and American Lawn Maintenance several times over the past 3 years. Always very thorough, professional and prompt. Typically goes the extra mile and goes above and beyond what you would expect for the price. Is very asthetically oriented and has a good attention to detail. In addition to mowing, he has also aerated and overseeded for me several times and I have been very pleased with the results. Would strongly recommend and will certainly continue to use.

Description of Work: I have about five acres of cleared land next to a pond and American Lawn Maintenance mows during the growing season, blows leaves in the fall, and seeds and fertilizes once a year for under $200 a month. They are very professional and communicate well and are responsive if there is a special need.

Description of Work: Went to their website & submitted a note to contact me for estimates for various yardwork, seeding, fertilizing, etc. Even though on Angies' list there is a note that "send this provider an email & get a response in 1 business day"... I have yet to hear from them... Bad Form.. If you have a website with a 'contact us' page -- then you should be checking that.
