Forgot we had an appointment but came later the same day; broke items but did not admit it until I pointed it out. Per my request, he paid me for the broken merchandise.
Description of Work: I requested a home inspection due to newly discovered dangers in home ( 50 pound chandelier dropped from foyer ceiling without warning). We scheduled the inspection for the morning of 9/16/2011. I called after the appointment time and Mr. Parish stated he did not have it on his calendar but would try to come around 3pm. He came and completed the inspection (mentioned falling through someones ceiling and not telling them) but could/did not inspect safety of light fixtures. During his inspection, while in the garage, he broke 2 ceramic pots; as I handed him his payment he made no mention of the broken pots.I was most disturbed that he had not mentioned the accident. I later told him by email how much they cost (new, still in bag) and he shifted the blame to me for their proximity to the fuse box. He eventually paid me for them.
