Alfredo Home Maintenance

Project was to replaced deteriorated deck posts and pour proper footings for the post. Alfredo came out the same day I called to quote the work. We agreed on a price and work was started the next day removing a cracked concrete pad and digging and pouring new footings. New posts were installed two days later after letting the concrete cure. The deck had sagged due to the old cracked base. They jacked the deck back to level before installing the new post. I liked Alfredo Home Maintenance because they were prompt and we at the job on time. Alfredo communicated to make sure where still on schedule as planned. They did a great job and cleaned up the site and took the old posts with them. Alfredo quoted $425, but I gave them $450 because of the prompt professional job. I have more planned for them down the road.

Everything was great. I called for an estimate and he came that evening. We went over all the details of the job and he gave me my quote. I accepted and we scheduled the job. He stayed in constant contact with me while we dodged rain and storms. Showed up on time and finished on time. Quality of work was excellent, two coats, under the stairs, no drips on my new patio. Please give Alfredo a call. I will definitely do it next time.

I have used Alfredo for a couple of projects at my house. He rebuilt my deck and helped with some interior door frame work. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he is very good at working around your schedule. He gets things done quickly, but does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Alfredo for any work you need done around your home, and plan on using him for some future projects I have planned.
