David did a good job of presenting the options I had available to me to repair my 24 year old Electrolux central vac unit. I have not had any issues over the years other than replacing filters. After careful consideration, I elected to go with a new system. It really made financial sense and I received a trade-in credit for my present unit which helped. New unit has more power and pull. I also received a 5 year warranty which is transferable should I sell my home in the next couple years.

I expected a visit to diagnose the problem and then a return visit for the repair/replacement. I was pleasantly surprised that the replacement was in the vehicle and the replacement made on the first visit. Very courteous and friendly. So honest he insisted that I see his credit for the existing unit was included in the invoice.
