I like them a lot. The last time I went was in April. They changed the oil, brake shoe pads, spark plugs and they did the radiator. The prices were right, they pick you up and drop you off if you need. You don't need an appointment. They are open six days a week from seven to seven. They also have coupons, the oil change is right on top. It was nineteen ninety nine with the coupon. My check engine light kept coming on and I had already paid eleven hundred dollars for the repairs, I couldn't understand why it was coming on and they told me that it was the O2 sensor. It went off again and they told me to come back when the light came on again. They don't charge you for diagnostics they tell you what's wrong whether you are getting it done or not. They have a real good friendly service and they recognize all their customers by first name. They are very honest. They all live locally. Their prices are right on target. They don't take advantage of women or the elderly. You can be very comfortable or confident that they are not taking advantage of you. I like the fact that they drove me back to work. They told me the one part that I needed the Saturday afternoon would be cheaper if I waited until Monday, and they saved me a lot of money. I really liked the fact that they told me that I could drive the vehicle until Monday and put the part in then. The only thing that I was not happy with was that when I went there in January, they told me that I needed front brakes and back brakes it was like three hundred and eighty dollars and I did not have it. I later found out that I did not need it. I went back in April and they also said I need brakes. I would rate them 'A' because they searched to get me the lowest price. You could also make coffee or have water or soda while you wait. I would use them in the future.

I went to A/C Automotive on a Saturday afternoon to have an annual safety inspection. Didn't have an appointment, but they took the car right in. They completed the inspection within 30 minutes. They also told me about a couple of possible problems that should be checked out, which I later did at the dealership. I was very pleased with the service and would go there again.

As always AC Auto handled everything quickly and professionally.  The primary O2 sensor in my vehicle is a high labor item due to the location and the wiring (including removal of the driver's seat for a start) and they were able to work me right in.  My car was ready the next day.  The one thing I love about AC Auto is that they will use the supplied parts if I have them.  In my case I knew the O2 sensors would need to be replaced and when another shop forgot to put it on the service ticket I went around the corner to AC and had them replaced.  Obviously I don't get the same warranty I would get if I used their parts and that's to be expected, but at the same time I get no hassle from AC or any of the guys there for it.  They are happy to do the work for the labor costs and I don't have to re-buy the same parts as some shops would have you do.  At $90+ per sensor that makes a big difference.
I've never had to wait in a long line to get help nor have they told me the job will take days to complete.  They have always been very fast with their service and unless I am waiting on parts to come in I rarely have my car in the shop for more than a day.  
Their prices have always been competitive with other shops but the no-hassle way they approach my needs as well as having a shop that knows me and my vehicles provides a lot of value.
Both my girlfriend and I take all of our vehicles there and we've been pleased with all of the service.

This pass Thursday, my wife and I visited AC Auto Service after we had received several reminders that our 2007 Hyundai Tucson was due for service.  Even though it had been less than 3,000 miles since the last oil change, it had been more than six months since the car had been serviced.  As it turned out, all four tires were reaching unacceptable tread levels.  We are very glad that we got this news now which will help prevent a dangerous blowout while we're traveling.  Thanks for the great service!

30 minutes into the smoke test the sales rep approached me to explain that a "bad vent solenoid" was the cause of the problem and handed me a quote of $543.00 to replace this part (included labor). I thought this price was really high, so I stepped outside to make a few phone calls...I found out that this price was over twice the amount of other reputable service centers in the Winston Salem area.
I started using AC Auto about 6 months ago (mainly because of their convenient location to our neighborhood) this was a mistake. Now I feel like the repairs they made on my other vehicle (a few months back) that I got ripped off.

Conclusion, avoid AC Auto Service Center unless you have money to burn.

He is wonderful. He offers a really great service with a great shuttle service as well. The lobby is clean and you are not surrounded by dirty furniture. I could never say enough good things about this company. They are absolutely the best!

I trust them, so I take my car there all the time. I called around before, and they have pretty competitive prices. I was able to sit and wait for the car, but if it takes too long they will be bring me home and come pick me up.
