EXCELLENT SERVICE!

They have been our vet for years and years and years and we have had a very good experience with them. The location is convenient. We wait five minutes or less when we bring our pets in. They all love her. She doesn't like it, but you don't become a vet or work in a vet's office if you don't like animals.

My dog had previously experienced only the very best in veterinary care.  My family had used Abri for many decades.  i carefully instructed each nurse and vet as to my dogs personality, his traits and behaviors.  He was not to be kenneled without my approval as he reacts badly to this.  
I had been promised that my dog could come home for recovery.  On the day of his surgery I once again stated that he was not to be kenneled and left alone.  I intended to pick him up as soon as he came around.  This was agreed upon by multiple people.
After his surgery I phoned many times and each time was given a different excuse as to why I could not have my dog.
The next morning I was waiting when they opened.  The receptionist saw me and paled.
My dog had been left alone and his chain link kennel  had sharp barbs all along the bottom.  His feet were bloody and bandaged from where he tried to crawl out.  His s****** was the size of a grapefruit.  He was in agony.  They made no apologies nor did they treat him for his suffering.
I then took my beloved dog to an exceptional vet.  The vet cried while he worked on my dog.  The first thing he did was give him pain medication.  He was astounded that any reputable vet would leave a dog in the condition that my dog in.
I have continued with this vet and have experienced only the best of results with my 4 pets.
I wouldn't go to Abri for any amount of money.  If you value the life of your pet.  Go elsewhere!!!

Really enjoyed meeting Dr White. She took great care of my lab Lucy and cleaned out an ear infection and gave her a checkup and 3 year rabies shot. She's great with dogs and her assistant was as well.
We had just moved here from Ohio and didn't have a vet. They accepted walk-ins and the grade on Angies List was an A. They got us right in and we didn't have to wait long.

They're good. It went well. They are convenient. Price worries, no blame. They are very knowledgeable with exotic animals with the types of the pets that I have, no real problem with either of those.

They're great. I'd highly recommend them. They have good customer service. They're easy to work with and I think their doctors are very updated. The office is clean and adequate. I would use them and recommend them.

Perfect. We have used Abri for more than 20 years and have had nothing but wonderful service for our dogs. One dog started seeing them as a puppy and had to be put down at 17 years of age. She was extremely well treated from puppyhood to the very end. They sent us a very sweet sympathy card. We next adopted a 6 year old and she is now 11. Our dogs have both been there for regular medications and tests, bathing, nail clipping, questions about behavior and geriatric care for the first dog. Both have boarded there and did fine. All the employees from doctors, receptionists to vet techs are wonderful with both the pets and with the parents (my husband and I !) Highly recommend. AAAA

He is just fantastic with our pets. He is really good with the animals. He takes care of them and shows concern for them. On our last visit, we were not charged anything.

I had to have my cat put down but she lived a long life and they were all so caring about what had to be done. I think they are just the best. They are extremely good in everyway. I will continue to use them in the furture.

I usually see one specific doctor and he's real friendly with the dogs and loves on them. He's always communicated well with us and taken good care of our pets.

The staff is very friendly to the owners and shows genuine concern for all the animal patients passing through their door. They have come out to the car to administer shots, and have assisted more than once with getting a reluctant canine out of the back seat of the car for an office visit.

I have only been there twice, but both times they did a good job. The prices were fair, and the staff really has a good sense of understanding when it comes to the animals. They are compassionate and the whole place is really clean. I am pleased overall with the service, and I would recommend them.

We have used them for twenty something years and they are always great. The whole place has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is so friendly and compassionate with the animals. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
