We are a small local company, with over 30 years combined experience. We build in time to our schedules for emergency calls. If we can't get there the same day we will have someone there within 24 hours week days. We don't use subcontractors, or charge initial fees for the first service. We offer quarterly and yearly programs. Not licensed for vertebrate pests (squirrels, bats, etc).

Good luck getting them on the phone. They screen their calls like they owe debt collectors. We canceled service after 2 months because it was so ineffective. Even after retreating we still had more bugs than we have in years at our home, to which they tried to upsell us on additional perimeter treatment. Ended up being charged for the equivalent of six months of service, but we dropped them and switched to another service after 2 months and have not had any issues since. Everything about Queen City from their poor customer service to poor actual service is a DO NOT RECOMMEND. And the fact that they failed to do (with retreatment) what two other companies have had no problem keeping up with, and then tried to sell us on additional services, just screams SCAM! If I selling snake oil I wouldn't answer my phone either.

He came in, I told him exactly what I wanted and he did exactly what I requested, as well as more, since that is his area of expertise. He went through my entire house, as well as around the entire house. He was very thorough. I will definitely use him again, as well as recommend him to anyone who is in need of a pest control company.

I have been using Chris with Queen City Pest Control for several years for termite treatments, and termite bonds. He has been able to complete spot treatments, as well as full house treatments for us with no issues. We have several properties that he has provided termite bonds for, and we have renewed them each year with no issues.

Sprayed entire house, put granules around the outside. I noticed a mfew ants around sink a week later, they immediately came back to retreat, problem solved. Friendly and efficient.

As far as we can tell the termites are gone. Their price was competitive with other termite companies. They were pleasant and pretty timely about returning calls. We've never had termite treatment like this before so we don't have any thing to compare it to, but it seemed to us the job could have been done a bit better. They had to drill many holes through cement to shoot the chemical into the soil. They left messes and some of the holes weren't patched well. We called and they came back out a cleaned up a bit better and repatched some of the holes. We will finish cleaning up and patch a couple of the holes that still need it oursleves.

"I apologize for [member name removed] dissatisfaction with our cleanup efforts following his termite treatment. It is our aim to achieve 100% satisfaction for ALL our customers. Unfortunately the fine dust created when drilling holes in a concrete slab gets in the air and is almost impossible to eliminate totally. When we went back and re-cleaned his basement, we did use a vacuum. Even that will disrupt the dust and leave a fine layer on items in the basement. Over time the dust will be gone with normal cleaning. We did repair all missed drill holes we were shown by the homeowner at that same visit and did a visual inspection of the entire house checking for additional missed drill holes. Our policy is if a patch fails or falls through after we leave we will come back at no charge and repair it. When we perform the annual termite bond renewal inspection, we also check for and repair any patch failures. If in the future [member name removed] has additional patch failures they will be repaired at no charge as with all our customers. I apologize to [member name removed] and hope we have the opportunity to serve him in the future."

It went very well. He came out on a Wednesday, I think, and did the initial spray, then came out again two additional times to spot check/spray as needed. I have not seen the bees around at all so it seems to have worked. I'm not sure if we'll have to do it again next year, or if the treatment was enough to get rid of the eggs that may still be in the ground.
