+ -1 moreLeft work early to take my gas leaf blower to get repaired at Wilson Power Mower. Due to traffic, I arrived at 4:54 PM (I checked) and they close at 5:00 PM. As I was walking up to the door, the owner came out and locked the door. I asked if I was to late and he replied that they close at 5. I said it was 5 minutes to 5 and he replied that he was closed. Then I asked him if this means I would have to take off early again and drive all the way back another time and he said yes. I finished by telling him that I'll take my business elsewhere and he said "OK" and left. In that five minutes he could have wrote a simple ticket to get my blower repaired.I will buy a new unit before I ever step foot in that place. That's not what customer service is supposed to be like. Stay away!
