We called this agency after seeing a house in our neighborhood sell with them. When we first met with the agent, we felt like we were being pushed into a contract that we weren't quite sure was a good idea because of the time of year. We felt like the selling season was coming to a close. He assured us it was a great time to sell and told us that the agency was a "6% agency" and we trusted him. We got very little interaction with the agent himself. When there was a showing, another agent was involved and I always had to call for feedback a few days later. The open houses (2) that were done were not handled by our agent himself, and again, we had to call for feedback a few days later. We felt like our agent just couldn't be bothered with us. Our relationship ended when we were told, after us initiating contact, that we needed to drop our price $40k or we wouldn't sell. It felt to us that he just couldn't be bothered and was just looking for a reason to get rid of us as clients.
