The Worst place ever...Will never go back.
I had my 3 kids with me including a newborn. I asked if they could do an oil change and inspection for me. He said leave keys in car it will be no time. 45 minutes later a manager came in said he had to stop working on my car and will get back to it in a few because he had a tune-up come in and needed to start on it. I asked can I just pay for what was done and leave. Response.. your car has no oil in it..... when they finally finished my oil change an hour and a half later. they had the nerve to tell me I needed over $100 more work to be done. I know that is a lie because my local toyota dealership had just had my car in for a recall and checked everything over for me and has records of all my services. When I left to go home my car started smoking and smelled like it was burning. NEVER will I go back NEVER.
