They were always courteous and the salesman spent a good bit of time explaining the new electronics, things that were new to us so it's good service. 

They've been pretty good.

They're professional and timely.

They took the car in made us schedule the appointment. I was there on time they took care of the car right away. The amount of time spent done was quick and the work was done properly.

The Toyota service center performed a standard 35,000 car inspection.

My car is still under warranty so I didn't have to pay for the ten thousand mile inspection. The technician was nice he wanted to check the alignment but I didn't want to pay the extra money for it. But other than that I will continue to use them in the future.

I must say that this had to be the most pleasant experience of buying a car in the 40 years of purchasing cars. I had tried numerous dealers with results from no response to e-mails at all, no follow up after initial contact, not willing to even deal from posted price, to even one salesman walking off after I made an offer.
My experience with Hubert Vester Toyota and Matt Hilburn was entirely different. Matt called me within 5 minutes of me sending an e-mail inquiry about the vehicle. I explained what I was looking and the Jeep I was interested in. I made an offer and told him the max I could spend and my loan was already arranged. They could not meet my offer but Matt immediately went to work to try to find a Jeep that met my specs and price but at that time to no avail. During the next few days we kept in touch. Matt was a true professional with his contacts and never tried to pressure me. We were able to get within a few hundred dollars of my offer.The sales manager even called to see how we could make this work. The only problem I was maxed as far as I could go. The next day we made contact again and were able to get to my offer.
The paperwork process could not have been any easier either.  When I arrived at the dealership they were promt to greet me and guide me to Matt's office. He had most of the paperwork ready and while he finished Doug Sugg who shares the office introduced himself and let me know if we ever needed anything and Matt was not available he would be there to assist.
When Matt introduced me to Kevin Schoen in finance he was just as quick to make me feel at home. Kevin even took the time to see if he could get any better rate than what I already had. Kevin was also very thorough with the paperwork.
It still gets better.... I could not get back before closing to pick up the Jeep so Matt offered to meet me after closing to make delivery of my new Jeep and did so. This was beyond the call of duty to do this especially on a Saturday after a week of 100 plus degree days.
I write this report to share with other consumers that there are places that can still make car buying easy and also to let Hubert Vester know of the fine professional staff he has there.
