+ -1 moreHe was on time, and did a good job. He took care of any problems, and it seemed to me like he was working on his own place. I would give him all A's, and I would use him again.
Description of Work: I used Harolds Electric about 3 months ago. He did a number of things, including replacing a panel, and upgrading the service.
