Great! In fact, I recalled them for another problem and they responded within the hour even though I called after 3 pm on a Friday

We called on a Monday and they came within 48 hours (a reasonable time for a minor issue) to resolve the problem. We have used this plumbing service for about two years now, after switching from another local company (who charged us about three times as much for the same service three years ago!). The plumber from Braxton Britt is one we ask for by name because he is pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. He not only fixes the problem, but he also tells us how to prevent it in the future. The company also provided a FREE estimate for another problem they found while fixing this problem. He was in and out of our house within two hours--the other company took at least six hours to do the same task.

Woke up to find entirely too much water pressure from the spigots in the house and knew something was wrong. Found leak from a rusted steel nipple that was attached to the piping under the house. Had to shut the pump off via the breaker in order to stop it drawing water from the well. Called Braxton at 8:17 AM and they were here at 12:30 - about 90 minutes from when they said that they'd be here. Regardless, the man (Thomas) they sent was professional and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than an hour. The next morning, the pressure from all the spigots was very inconsistent and we could hear the regulator on the pressure tank making all kinds of noise. We called Braxton again (around 7:45 AM) and they came out immediately and fixed the pressure problem with no charge.
I will use them again. Other than being late on the initial call, I was happy with the service and the responsiveness. They charge $80.00 per hour with parts being extra.
John and Thomas were polite and helpful. Kudos.

They are very nice and quick. We've been using them for 15 years.
