Description of Work: Thorough diagnosis; quality work given the volume of repairs the shop seems to have (which may contribute to a slower repair time). Very impressed with the 'honesty' of the repair process relative to parts and pricing. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: There is nothing worse than driving your 7 year old car that has 150,000 miles on it and the transmission blows. I was not home, but luckily, I got it towed to my hometown. The company that does general maintenance on my vehicle recommended Aycock, a local company. Mr. Aycock quoted me $1800 for a rebuilt transmission, labor, and warranty (18months). He did not go one penny over that quote for the transmission. I did have 2 other items done that I had been putting off which added $150 to the bill. I put off writing this review for a few months to see how my car did. I am happy to report that it is running great. Mr. Aycock did a great job. His price was reasonable for the job he did. The staff there was super professional; I would feel comfortable sending my wife there to have her car worked on.
