We added on an addition to our house and this was the Worst contractor to come! The guys were very unprofessional!!!! Sloppy as anything we have ever seen!!!! Cost us more money after they left to get things right. AW promised the world and NOTHING. he said was true!!! Never on time, work was crappy, the guys could care less and left a mess!!!! How this guy is still in business I have no clue!!!!! Horrible experience!! We wouldn’t recommend AW or his company to anyone!!!! Would give them a 0 rating if it was possible!!!!!! The Worst Electrical Company around Wilson!!! Stay away from this crappy company!!!!! AW’s word is crap like his work!!! Don’t believe some of these positive reviews. I see a lot of them that are short and promise you they were paid!!!!! Total BS Rating!!!’ AW Letchworth Electrical should be a 1 rating!!!!! And just because there’s no 0!!!!!!

The Technician was able to replace one light switch immediately. The other required an extended amount of troubleshooting, but the problem could not be found without more extensive troubleshooting and expense. After about 45 mins, I asked him to stop trying to find the problem. Since only one light switch was replaced, I think the price was too high.

I called at 4:00 on a Friday. They came at 4:30. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 min.

Excellently! Jake and his helper, Brooks, arrived at 8:05 a.m and were done, including cleanup, in two hours. Crew was neat, clean, courteous. Letchworth is our go-to for electrical work from now on.

Wonderful experience! They installed 4 under cabinet lights in my kitchen and also a ceiling fixture. They came in under my price point and were prompt and courteous.

They were here the day after I called on time as scheduled. Found the reason my electrical outlets in hallway were not working was due to a fried outlet in another room. Very friendly.

It was a perfect experience. The owner came to see what we needed, then called that evening with the estimate and was able to schedule the service for the same week. He was VERY friendly and knowledgable, and so were the guys who came to do the work. They were on time, worked quickly, and didn't leave any trace that they were there. I was very impressed with their friendly nature.

Called this company for an estimate, gentleman came next day to give said estimate - was very nice and personable. Work was scheduled for the middle of the next week.
Two guys arrived promptly at 8am, got to work and had work done in timely manner. Cleaned up debris after themselves. We installed the ceiling fans ourselves - everything was fine with the installation of the junction boxes. Would definitely use this company again for any additional work.

We have used them several times. They are efficient and know what they are doing.

They are great. They are on time. They are personable. You can ask whatever questions that needs to be asked. They will certainly answer them for you. They work with you. They come before the scheduled time. I would use them in the future.
