The bulk of the cost of the visit was due to low freon in the A/C unit, 3 lbs was $150.
I've had Paul out for a visit over a year ago, to repair a failure with the A/C unit, he was quick and responsive then as well. Turned out a breaker had been tripped by the A/C, there was little or no charge for that visit. Very helpful, seems trustworthy.
