The installation went extremely well with a great group of guys led by Joe Cenname(910-297-9733) He also laid my back door tile that I wanted in conjunction with the carpet install. They removed my nasty old carpeting (!) and proceeded with the install. I couldn't ask for a more professional group that were nice and easy to be around. My carpet looks great and they showed me how to handle stains and such. I plan to use Joe again for further work on my wood floors.

The carpet itself is high quality. The installation performance seems OK, though one seam is troublesome. But the professionalism of the installers and lack of response from the company was awful, in my opinion. I had to leave shortly before they finished, and they left things in disarray. They did not put furniture back appropriately, they knocked down a shelf in the closet and left it that way. They did not re-plug in electrical items they had unplugged BUT they moved heavy furniture in front of outlets. It took several hours to get things straight. After I called my contact to complain about the wreck they had created and left, the installers attempted to come to my home , unscheduled and unannounced. This added to the lack of professionalism and I found it of great concern. I don't know if the installer was an independent contractor or an employee, but I never heard from the company after I complained. I find that incredible. Very poor client relations. I would never use this business again.
