I always have service everywhere I go. That is the one thing I can say about Verizon. The service is amazing. The customer service however is not so great.

They help you figure out the plan that works best for you. You can also look at your account online and adjust it if you aren't using it or change it if you need more. The internet connection is great. I've got one of those little boxes and I can take it with me even to the beach. We've been using them for about 10 years.

It has been pretty good overall, but we are not under any contracts or anything like that. But as far as the phone service it is good.
