We have a commercial building that we purchased. It had leaking problems and we could not figure out what was wrong with it. We were referred to him from a friend. He checked everything out as carefully as possible. He found that the stucco was not filled from the back. They did not put tape on the front nor the back. We had him redo all of this. He was excellent. I have had him do other projects as well. He is very accommodating and very clean cut. He is very respectful.
