Everything they say is standard is NOT standard. Apparently they make changes on a whim but that never makes it to the sales staff ,the selection staff or their field staff. You only find out once they start building and then the change orders start racking up. I requested and was charged for a fully cleared lot, half the trees are still there and they are requesting additional funds to complete the work. I will have an unsightly transition at my large slinging door because they no longer recess them which we were told they would. All the standard tiled bathrooms, nope just kidding that will cost you. Horrible customer service after you are hooked into a contract. House is still under construction and I am not looking forward to moving in to a place I’m sure I’ll hate once I have either overpaid or get stuck with a product I that was over promised and under delivered. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing from the minute you walk through the door and lawyer, you’ll need one to get what they claim you’re buying.
